CONTENT POLICY

#OpenLP is an online platform for investors to discuss, connect and share their perspectives from working in the venture space.

Original articles may be submitted to OpenLP for consideration to be published to OpenLP.com. As the administrator of OpenLP.com, Sapphire Ventures, LLC maintains full discretion around what content is published to the site. At any point Sapphire reserves the right to remove previously posted articles.

Content accepted for publishing on OpenLP.com is governed by three principals:

  1. No selling or solicitation: All articles accepted to OpenLP should be written from a neutral point of view and cannot advocate the services of a particular firm, or the use of a particular investment strategy.
  2. Educational intent: In addition to being non-commercial in focus, all content must be relevant, substantial and informative on the topic of interactions between GPs, LPs, entrepreneurs, or the broader dynamics of the venture industry.
  3. Original content, owned by the author: #OpenLP will only publish original content. We do not publish articles natively on OpenLP.com, but instead publish a brief description with a link back to the external website, video or social media account that originally published it. The author is responsible for the accuracy of the content, and any copyrights.
